The EventConnect support system is a convenient, online web and mobile application built to help travel teams select and manage their team hotel for each tournament. EventConnect has pre-selected official tournament hotels to provide teams with the best options on value, location and amenities. Travel teams are strongly encouraged to book their accommodations through the EventConnect system for best value and convenience.
After submitting your tournament registration, an account is created for each team manager in the EventConnect support system. The team manager is emailed their account log-in link to begin the booking process within 1-2 business days of a confirmed registration. When the team manager selects the team hotel, a unique booking link is created and provided to the manger for them to forward to each team member who needs to book a room with the team.
